Unecha (Russian: Унеча) is a town and the administrative center of Unechsky District of Bryansk Oblast, Russia, located on the Unecha River (the Dnieper's basin) 140 kilometers (87 mi) southwest of Bryansk. Population: 26,197 (2010 Census); 29,039 (2002 Census); 28,583 (1989 Census).
