Slavsk (Russian: Славск; German: Heinrichswalde;Polish: Jędrzychowo; Lithuanian: Gastos), prior to 1945 known by its German name Heinrichswalde, is a town and the administrative center of Slavsky District of Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, located to the west of Sovetsk (Tilsit). The town has a railway station on the Sovetsk-Kaliningrad railroad. Population: 4,614 (2010 Census preliminary results); 5,172 (2002 Census); 4,682 (1989 Census).
