Schuchinsk (Russian: Щучинск) is a city in northern-central Kazakhstan, located 75 kilometres south-east of Kokshetau. It is the seat of Burabay District (form. Schuchinsk District) in Akmola Province. Population: 44,106 (2009 Census results);45,254 (1999 Census results).
