Sukhoy Log (Russian: Сухо́й Лог, lit. dry gully) is a town in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, located on the eastern slopes of the Ural Mountains on the Pyshma River (Ob's basin), 114 kilometers (71 mi) east of Yekaterinburg. It serves as the administrative center of Sukholozhsky District, although it is not administratively a part of it. Population: 34,547 (2010 Census preliminary results); 36,407 (2002 Census); 36,577 (1989 Census).
