Lgov (Russian: Льгов; IPA: [ˈlʲɡof]) is a town in Kursk Oblast, Russia, located on both banks of the Seym River (Desna's tributary) 80 kilometers (50 mi) west of Kursk. Population: 21,453 (2010 Census); 23,783 (2002 Census); 25,643 (1989 Census); 26,000 (1972).
